Good Day!!

I blogged that I was going to Reno Friday, and Reno I Did!!

They posted that there was an earthquake 3.0 on Sunday, But I didn’t feel it… Thank Goodness!!

I did have my shakes, and the Shake Cakes I brought to enjoy in Reno!

But No Quakes…  I did think of a new recipe while I was there… so I will try them… If they work, I’ll be naming them quakes… Lol

I was good… I did have 2 drinks on Sat. at the show (Greg London’s Icons)

and another “Off Plan” meal… No sweets or desserts… No Crazy stuff!! Just life!

I am not much of a Fish Fan… and it was either Fish, or something else not “On Plan”…

So I did not have the fish…

So Today I will get back into the swing…

I just got in some new flavors of Davinci Sugar Free, Fat Free,  Carb Free, Calorie Free syrup… If you send me a message I’ll send the place I get mine for cheap and they have ALL the flavors!!

Anyway, I will be having a TOTAL shake and Cappuccino day to try the flavors..
