Transition week 1

This is the first week of transition for me. Everything is going well. I got to add more veggies for the first time is almost a year and a half. One of the hard parts for me during the 5/1 weight loss phase, was that it was sometimes difficult to get in all the meals because of being full most of the time. Now that part is even harder. I found a solution though. This week since I get even more food, I decided to have raw vegetables to munch on throughout the day. Not only am I getting in what I need for transition, it feels like I am getting a treat too.Â
I am currently 2 lbs. below my goal weight and would actually still like to lose 3 more lbs. I am seeing that that is possible even in transition. My total weight loss so far is 132.6 lbs. That seems like alot of excess weight. Yes, it is. I don’t carry it around with me anymore though. I currently weigh 138 lbs. When I get to 135, I will have lost one half of my total body weight. I know that it is not just about losing the weight, it is about keeping it off too. That is why this program is so wonderful. I know that I would not be able to boast about the losses that I have if it weren’t for Take Shape For Life! So, even in the transistion phase, I AM LIVIN’ IT !!!!
