Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Ingredients

1 pkg MEDIFAST Diabetic Vanilla Shake
1 pkg MEDIFAST Scrambled Eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Syrup
1/8 cup water

  1. Combine wet and dry separately, then bring together (a whisk is best for this).
  2. Spread in a rectangular shape, about a quarter inch thick, over a Pam sprayed baking sheet and bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Do the toothpick test and if it’s not completely clean when it comes out, let it sit in the oven for a couple more minutes.

Once done, pull it out and let the bread cool on a rack. Cut it down the middle to form two pieces that resemble sliced bread.

Horizontally slice one of the pieces to make two thin slices of bread.

Spread the peanut butter and fruit spread over the slices, combine and enjoy!
