Crab Cakes

6 oz crab meat
1 maryland crab soup, use grinder (such as coffee). Until smooth
3 TBL of egg beaters
Mix together soup and egg beaters and fold in crab meat.
Form into 4 patties,
Spray skillet with oil of your choice
When lightly brown, flip, lightly brown on other side.

Options:
2 tsp ketchup and 1/1 tsp of horse radish = cocktail sauce (for 2/5 condiments) or Walden farms is free

1 MF meal and lean and green for day
