Chocolate Covered Banana Shake

1 packet Medifast chocolate shake mix
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Davinci Banana Syrup
1 pack Splenda
1 cup ice , plus 1/2 cup water

Blend all ingredients but ice in Magic Bullet or Smoothie Maker until smooth. Add ice cubes slowly, until smooth and frothy like a shake.
