Chai muffins

3 pkts of chai or 2 chai + 1 pkt hot cocoa
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
2 TBL of divinci vanilla or carmel sugar free syrup
Mix and spray non stick pan with oil
Fill nine cups equally with mixtures

Bake at 375 12-15 minutes to taste

3 MF per servings – 3 cups per syrup
