mix and match flavors of pudding, oatmeal and syrups

Great for freezer to microwave or just Makes 6 meals
3 oatmeal
2 puddings
1 eggs
1½ tsp Baking powder
2 tables spoons flax oil(optional)
1½ – 2 cups water
¼-½ cup of flavored sugar-free syrup or Water
(Total of 2–2 ½ cups of liquid)
Splenda optional 1-5 packets or 6-10 drops of stevia
Optional nuts

Grind flax meal with coffee grinder or hand crush and put in bowl
Add oatmeal, pudding and eggs. – much better texture if oatmeal and other ingredient are grounded.
Add baking powder and mix well.

You can make “bread bars or muffins”. For muffins I make 36 mini muffins (6 per meal)

Spray bread pan, pour batter in until even.
Cook at 350 for 25 minutes
It will be dense/moist because of pudding, allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Divide in to 6 bars and spread on cookie sheet.
Place pan/sheet in freezer for 30 minutes
Removed from freezer and place in baggies.
Put back in freezer for storage.
Note – if you put bread directly into bag before cooling you will have frost covered bars.
