Ingredients:
1 packet Medifast scrambled eggs
1 packet Medifast cream soup of your choice
1/3 C water
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 T. ground flax meal
Combine all ingredients to make dough. Divide dough in two and place on a cookie sheet or in a cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn oven to low broil to brown the top for 3-5 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Butter Pecan Ice Cream
3 Oz. Water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 Packet Medifast Vanilla
1/2 tsp Maple Extract
1/2 Tsp Coconut Extract
Dash Nutmeg
In a blender, mix water (and diet soda if called for) add ice with flavoring.
Blend for a few seconds. Add Medifast Vanilla and blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
For butter pecan ice cream, add a dash of nutmeg. Gives added flavor.
Savor the rich, creamy texture.

Ingredients
2, 6 oz. chicken breasts
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup broccoli
Marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Method
Blend marinade. Butterfly chicken breasts and tenderize till the breasts are of even thickness. Marinade with spices at least 4 hours or overnight. Grill chicken and steam veggies until desired softness.

2 packets of Medifast vanilla shake
1 packet of splenda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 – 2 tsp vanilla extract
2 – 4 ounces of water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a small ball and slowly add the water.
- As soon as it thickens like a paste, drop the batter by the spoonful on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or lightly sprayed cookie sheet. You should get about 4 to 5 cookies.
- Bake for 8 minutes. If desired sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
