We hope that everyone’s Thanksgiving was as wonderful as ours.
It is one of our favorite holidays because it is about gratitude and a day to reflect on what we have, not what is missing in our lives.
We are truly thankful for the lives that we change and the friendships we’ve developed through Take Shape For Life.
Becoming a health coach was the best—and definitely the last—career move we’ll ever make. We are truly blessed to have meaningful and rewarding work, one that is built around helping people and making a difference.
